Girl In Front Of Temple Wall
I thought after my experience in China, Brazil and Africa, I'd be able to handle child beggars in Cambodia. But I could not stop the heartache when I see these children selling souvenirs to every tourist that passes by. The growing popularity of tourism allowed them to learn several foreign languages, enough to carry out simple conversations in English, and simple greetings and bargaining in Japanese, French, and Mandarin. This girl followed me quite a flight of stairs at the temple of Kbal Spean, tring to lead me to a water stall. She greeted me in English, Japanese and Mandarin.
